Question: At a constant force of 600 neutons, how far will the objects continue moving after the force is applied? Hypothesis: As the weight increases the object will travel a lesser distance. Constant: Gravity, Friction, and Force applied Independent Variable: Weight of the object Dependent variable: The distance it travels Conclusion: As th eweight of th eobjects invreased and the force of 600 nuetons remained the same, the objects with a greater mass travelled the lesser distance. This prooved our hypothesis to be correct and the distance travelled had a range of 171 meters. It was also noted that the data we collected varied widely.
